Cancellation / Return /Replacement

Cancellation:

Customer can cancel the order any time before making the payment and within one day after the payment. Order cancellation will not be done after one day of payment and once the product shipped out.

Please note that the customer’s order in the cart will not be held or blocked until payment is received and the product availability will be refreshed at the time of final payment by the customer.

Return:

You can return the product within two calendar days from the date you received it.Return will be processed only in case of a damaged product. Customer needs to email us with clear pictures. Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products. To be entitled for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your item back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will contact you for taking any other product of same value or refund of the amount subjected to our decision.

International:

To provide the best and faster delivery service, SambalpuriGrace will use international shipping companies like Fedex/ Aramex /DHL etc either directly or through another courier service provider as per the availability of service and transit time. Finalization of shipping service is completely at the company’s discretion.
